FINAT* FTM 2

The FINAT* FTM 2 standard describes the measurement of adhesive strength at a 90-degree angle. This method determines the force required to peel back a self-adhesive material — applied to a standard test plate under defined conditions — at a speed of 300 mm/min. Measurements are performed after 20 minutes and again after 24 hours, with the 24-hour value representing the final ultimate adhesion.
