We develop and manufacture specialized, customer-tailored testing devices and equipment for examining and measuring the properties and performance of adhesive materials, including adhesive tapes, glues, self-adhesive materials and labels.
Our devices test adhesive properties such as adhesive strength, peel strength, shear strength, residual tack, high-speed release tests, and low-speed release tests. In doing so, we adhere to the relevant industry standards for each application, such as FINAT*, Afera**, PSTC***, ASTM****, and DIN*****. As long-standing specialists, we are familiar with the specific demands these standards require.
Our devices are used in measurement laboratories across various industries, for example: in the manufacturing and quality control of adhesive tapes, in the packaging industry, medical and pharmaceutical industries, automotive industry, and printing industry. Everywhere where precise measuring instruments are required to examine adhesive properties. Friction tests are possible as well.
Models like the FT‑2A are still in use by our customers even after more than 30 years. They are now often being replaced by our modern successor models such as FT‑1000, FT‑2000 and HS‑300, a testament to the trust in our quality.
