  • Afera**

  • Horizontal tensile testing machine. The sample table is equipped as a movable clamp with constant feed, while the fixed clamp is rigidly coupled to the measuring device. This can measure properties such as separation force and peel strength at a peel angle of 180°. The FT-1000H can be used in standalone mode - averaging at a predetermined speed. It is operated using the controls on the device.

    ZIEGLER FT-2000 Klebkraftprüfgerät - Ziegler FT-2000
  • FINAT* FTM 1

  • FINAT* FTM 2

  • FINAT* FTM 3

  • FINAT* FTM 9

  • FINAT* FTM 10

  • FINAT* FTM 11

  • Afera**

  • This adhesion tester is tailored to the requirements of manufacturers, processors and users of adhesive composite materials. Its specifications correspond to the FINAT* and Afera** test standards. The sample table is driven using an electronically controlled encoder position control, which precisely maintains the speed. The determined average tensile force is shown on the display of the measuring device. 50/300/1000 mm/min and pulling speeds from 10 mm/min to 10 m/min can be set. The standard pulling speed is 300 mm/min. Optionally, a motor-operated 90° pull-off is possible.

    ZIEGLER FTM-Multi
    Klebkraftprüfgerät - Ziegler FTM-Multi
  • FINAT* FTM 1

  • FINAT* FTM 2

  • FINAT* FTM 3

  • 6-fold tensile testing device. The test device has 6 individually vertically movable force sensors and a horizontally movable sample table. Due to the special arrangement on the tensile tester, the samples can be peeled off at angles of both 90° and 180° and at speeds of 10-1000 mm/min.

    Peel Adhesion 90°
    Rollenschälvorrichtung
  • FINAT FTM 2

  • The peel strength according to Finat FTM 2 is defined in the same way as the peel strength according to Finat FTM 1, but with a peel angle of 90°. The peel strength of label material depends on the peel angle. Often there is a minimum peel strength at a peel angle of 90°. Measurement type I (90°) is therefore best used if the label material tears with measurement type A (180°) and if a measurement result without a material tear is required. The roller peeling device (additional equipment) is required to carry out measurement type I.
